INGREDIENTS

  • tenderloin steak – 2x 6oz cuts

  • low sodium soy sauce – 1/4 cp

  • garlic – 1 clove, coarsely chopped

  • red & green bell peppers, chopped large

  • sweet onion, chopped large

  • sea salt & cracked black pepper

DIRECTIONS

  1. Prepare your meat by cutting it with the grain into chunks, not too large, but bit-sized so they will nicely fit on your skewers
  2. In a food-safe baggie, add your meat cubes, soy sauce, salt, pepper and garlic; close tightly and let sit at room temperature for 1 hour
  3. Prepare all remaining vegetables
  4. Prior to cooking, skewer your beef, alternating with veggies; spray with olive oil spray and cook on the grill until meat has been cooked to your desired temperature (depending on the size of the cubes, this could be 5 minutes or less)
